Rubric Generators
Everyone seems to know about Rubistar. What's nice about these is how clean your rubric looks in the end. An Assessment professor of mine would cringe if he knew I used a generator, but when it is so customizable, who would know?
This lady made a site that's great for teachers and assessment. These are all ready-made rubrics that can be used for a lot of different things. They are ready-to-go, which may be a good thing or a bad thing. Good if you don't want to make your own and are ok with using a cookie-cutter rubric, bad if you are a stickler on assessment and need a rubric that is tailor-made for every assignment with no overlaps or qualitative terms. That's up to you.
Especially in science, Project-Based Learning is crucial. Here is a site that helps you develop good project-based learning assessments and helps you create and identify a good rubric.
